Pulled up my Spotify for Artists numbers this week and the UK been showing me crazy love lately. I gotta pull up on ya soon. Had to stop scrolling and say something. Last 28 days, by country: UK's #1. Ahead of the US. Ahead of home. 1,178 of y'all in the United Kingdom versus 998 back home. That ain't a fluke, that's real love. Engagement's basically the same on both sides, so it's not people passing through and bouncing. Y'all locked in. By city, London's leading, but right behind it? Cardiff. Then Newport not far off. South Wales, I see you, and that's not a small thing to me. And I gotta keep it a hunnid. My own city, Chicago, sitting at #6 right now. Behind four different UK cities. My city loves me, but right now? Yours might love me harder. I don't take that light. Being an independent hip hop artist means you don't always know who's out there rockin' with you till you look at a screen and see numbers like this staring back. So let me say it plain: thank you.
